Anyone who has taken photos or videos knows that it is rare to get that perfect shot the first time. It can take many shots to get the photo and/or video that looks the best to you. As a wildlife major, I get photos from friends and family asking me to identify an animal they saw, with which they took a photo on their smartphone usually. This can present a challenge when trying to identify a species when the photo is not clear, however these photos are not intended to be professional. I have created this page for educational purposes. To test your identification skills with rubbish photos I have taken. In my experience, these types of photos are encountered more often in my day-to-day life and I believe it is good practice for identifying species.
